Overview
Cut into 1x4 sticks and mesh-mounted into a 12x12 sheet, Almond's herringbone mosaic carries the warm beige base and tan veining of the CT70-CT74 collection in a dimensional wall pattern. Like the rest of the collection, it's finished in polished glazed porcelain and built for walls and backsplashes rather than floors or countertops. Almond carries a High (V3) shade variation rating, so individual sticks within a sheet will show a noticeable range of tan tones. A 1/8" grout joint is recommended.
Design Note
Because Almond's shade variation runs high, a herringbone layout helps distribute the lighter and darker tan pieces evenly across a backsplash rather than letting them cluster in blocks. Warm wood tones, from oak shelving to walnut cabinetry, continue the beige undertone without flattening it. Cream or off-white grout blends into Almond's base color for a quieter look, while a soft gray grout lets the herringbone shape read more clearly.
