DALTILE TRADE PRO DAYS RETURN VISIT PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

1. Promotion Description

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase from a Daltile Sales Service Center totaling at least $750.00 in a single transaction will receive one promotional Coupon Certificate with a value of $150.00 ("Reward") for use on a future purchase, subject to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on October 19, 2026 and ends on October 23, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Qualifying purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period. No rain checks will be issued.


3. Eligibility

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.

The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of Retailer are excluded from participating.

4. Qualifying Purchase Requirement

To qualify for the Reward, a customer must:

  • In one transaction, order, purchase, and take delivery of eligible merchandise totaling at least $750.00 before applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, and other fees; and

  • Complete payment in full during the Promotion Period.


Eligible merchandise includes: 

  • Tools

  • Installation Products

  • Daltile, Marazzi, or American Olean branded tile

 

The following items are excluded:

  • Prior purchases;

  • Orders that were placed prior to the Promotion Period

  • Returns, exchanges, warranties, service plans, installation services, freight, delivery charges, taxes, or other fees;

  • Any items specifically designated as ineligible by Retailer.


The qualifying purchase threshold is calculated after the application of discounts, coupons, rebates, promotional credits, and similar price reductions.

5. Issuance of Reward

Eligible customers will receive one Reward after completion of the qualifying transaction.

The Reward will be delivered to the purchaser in-person at time of at time of checkout.

Retailer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered Rewards.

Each customer is limited to a maximum of one Reward.

6. Reward Redemption Period

The Reward may be redeemed beginning on November 1, 2026 and expires at Daltile’s close of business on November 30, 2026.

After expiration, the Reward will be void and have no further value unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Reward Redemption and Restrictions

Unless prohibited by law, the Reward:

  • Is valid only for a future purchase exceeding $150.00 (before taxes, shipping, delivery, or other fees) from Retailer during the Reward Redemption Period set forth above;

  • The Reward certificate must be surrendered at the time of the redemption purchase;

  • Has no cash value;

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash;

  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other promotional instruments;

  • Cannot be applied to prior purchases nor as a payment on open credit account;

  • May not be sold, auctioned, bartered, transferred, or assigned;

  • May not be combined with other coupons, discounts, promotional offers, rebates, or loyalty rewards unless expressly permitted by Retailer;

  • Is limited to one Reward per customer;

  • Is merely a promotional certificate and is not a gift card.


8. Returns and Adjustments

If a qualifying purchase is returned, canceled, rescinded, refunded, charged back, or otherwise adjusted such that the net purchase amount falls below the minimum qualifying threshold of $750:

  • The customer will no longer be eligible for the Reward;

  • Any issued Reward may be canceled, deactivated, or reduced; and

  • If the Reward has already been redeemed, Retailer may deduct the value of the Reward from any refund or seek reimbursement of the Reward value to the extent permitted by law.


9. Fraud and Abuse

Retailer reserves the right to disqualify any person who:

  • Tampers with the promotion or the Reward;

  • Uses multiple identities or accounts to obttain more than one Rewards;

  • Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or misleading conduct; or

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions.


Rewards obtained through fraud, mistake, or abuse are void.

10. Availability and Limitations

Retailer may limit:

  • The number of Rewards issued to any customer, household, account, address, email address, phone number, or payment method; and

  • The total quantity of Rewards available during the Promotion Period tp fifty (50) per participating Retailer location.

If the stated Reward inventory is exhausted, the promotion may end without notice unless prohibited by law.


11. Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from participation in the promotion or use of the Reward.


12. Modification or Cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, Retailer reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion and Reward at any time due to fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond Retailer's reasonable control.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retailer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the promotion or the use or inability to use the Reward.

Retailer's total liability relating to the promotion shall not exceed the face value of the applicable Reward.


14. Governing Law

The promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
