Overview
Bosco is the darkest color in the Monterro line, with a rich espresso tone that gives a room real depth and warmth. At 9x60, that dark grain spreads across a floor in long, wide planks, and the embossed in register surface keeps the texture aligned with the printed pattern even at this deeper tone. Built on the same 8.0mm Wood Polymer Composite core and Rigid Click construction used throughout the collection, Bosco is 100% waterproof and a fit for kitchens, bathrooms, and other moisture-exposed rooms. SuperGuardX Technology backs the 20 mil wear layer and 100% virgin vinyl construction, and an attached 1.0mm IXPE pad adds comfort and helps quiet foot traffic.
Design Note
A dark floor like Bosco works best in a room with enough natural or artificial light to keep the space from feeling closed in, making it a strong choice for open, sunlit living areas. White or light gray walls and cabinetry create contrast against the espresso tone, while brass or gold fixtures pick up its warmth rather than competing with it. Because it reads so dramatic, Bosco pairs well with a lighter color like Alps in an adjoining room to keep a home's overall palette balanced.
