AND WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAW. DALTILE 2025 TRADE PRO GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS DALTILE 2025 TRADE PRO GIVEAWAY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. ELIGIBILITY: DALTILE 2025 TRADE PRO GIVEAWAY is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, or older at time of entry. This Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway is void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Mohawk Industries, Inc, including Dal-Tile Distribution, LLC, and its parents, subsidiaries, distributors, dealerships and affiliated companies and their respective advertising agencies and suppliers, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether or not related) are ineligible. By participating in the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules.
2. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter for a chance to win beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET May 6, 2025, through 11:59 p.m. ET May 16, 2025, by visiting the online entry page at www.daltile.com/trade-professionals/Pro-Contractor and clicking on "Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway." You may also access the entry by clicking on the ads displayed on Facebook® and other online display advertisements, or via email link. You may also enter by visiting one of Daltile's Sales Service Centers (see website for physical locations), and scanning the QR code, which will direct you to the online entry page. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s official Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway time keeping device by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 16, 2025. Sponsor’s clock shall be the official clock of the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway. You will be required to do the following to complete the contest entry:
● Complete the registration form on the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway webpage in its entirety, including a valid telephone contact number; and
● Have a valid and active Daltile Trade Pro account; and
● Be a valid trade professional:
▪ tile installer, or
▪ tile contractor, or
▪ general contractor.
Only one Entry per person is allowed. Any error or omission in the information on the Entry form will void the Entry. Entries received from any person, email address, or social media account in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
3. PRIZE DETAILS/ODDS OF WINNING: One Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a 2025 New 2025 Ford F-150 Truck with an approximate retail value of $50,000.00. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway period. One prize will be awarded for this Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway.
Winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to insurance and ongoing maintenance. In addition, any additional costs and expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner, including all federal, state, and local taxes and all other government charges and fees, on any portion of prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize as stated or does not respond to the award notification, the grand prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. An alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize package (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value, if the grand prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor will determine all elements of the Prize in its sole discretion. The grand prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, by Sponsor. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by the winner, if applicable. The awarding of the grand prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Some restrictions may apply.
4. DRAWING: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12:00 p.m. ET on May 22, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner by telephone through May 28, 2025, after the drawing by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted via the contact information that was provided when entering the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway. The Grand Prize Winner notification will be recorded for future use in accordance with the grant of rights required for participation in this Giveaway set forth in the General Conditions contained in these Official Rules.
5. USE OF INFORMATION: By entering this Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway, participants agree and consent that any information provided upon entering may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy, including marketing campaigns, enhanced and better customer experience analysis, and promotional and advertising-related communications. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participant agrees to grant (and agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor’s authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information at any time or times and for all times in perpetuity for advertising, trade, publicity and sweepstake purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and online, including the World Wide Web and all known and unknown social media applications, without review, notification, approval or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Social Security Number and Liability Release and, where permitted, Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification. If documents are not returned in a timely manner, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, refused, or declined, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. Alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.
If Sponsor cannot run this Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway as planned due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway then Sponsor may terminate the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway early. In that event, Sponsor will provide notice of such termination at the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway registration location and will select the potential Winner via a random drawing from all eligible entries if the contest is already underway. If the contest has not yet begun, Sponsor may terminate or elect to postpone the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway by providing notice on the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway webpage. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, provided enough eligible entries are received, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules.
By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal and/or state courts in Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damage, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
Sponsor reserves the right to revise or amend these Official Rules at any time. THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR WITH RESPECT TO THE WINNERS AND ALL OTHER MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE GIVEAWAY ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.
9. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the name of the winner available after June 7, 2025, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Daltile 2025 Trade Pro Giveaway Winners List, Daltile Distribution, LLC, 7834 C. F. Hawn Freeway, Dallas, TX 75217. Requests for Winners' lists must be received no later than September 7, 2025. VT residents may omit return postage.
