1. ELIGIBILITY: The 2025 FALL TRADE PRO GIVEAWAY is open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry and who meet the entry requirements set for in these Official Rules. This 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway is void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Mohawk Industries, Inc., including Dal-Tile Distribution, LLC, and Schluter-Systems, L.P. and their parents, subsidiaries, distributors, dealerships and affiliated companies and their respective advertising agencies and suppliers, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether or not related) are ineligible. By participating in the 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules. 

2. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter for a chance to win beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET September 29, 2025, through 11:59 p.m. ET October 17, 2025, by visiting the online entry page at www.daltile.com/trade-professionals/Pro-Contractor and clicking on "2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway." You may also access the entry by clicking on the ads included in online display advertisements, including, but not limited to, Facebook® and Instagram®, or via an email link. You may also enter by visiting one of Daltile's Sales Service Centers (see website for physical locations), and scanning the QR code, which will direct you to the online entry page.  Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s official 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway time keeping device by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 17, 2025. Sponsor’s clock shall be the official clock of the 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway. You will be required to do the following to complete the contest entry:

● Complete the registration form on the 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway webpage in its entirety, including a valid telephone contact number; and

● Have or establish, during the contest period, a valid and active Daltile Trade Pro account; and

● Be a valid trade professional:

▪ tile installer, or

▪ tile contractor, or

▪ general contractor.

Only one Entry per person is allowed. Any error or omission in the information on the Entry form will void the Entry. Entries received from any person, email address, or social media account in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

3. PRIZE DETAILS/ODDS OF WINNING: Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded, consisting of a one (1) six (6)-day trip for two (2) people to Oktoberfest 2026 in October 2026 in Munich, Germany, with an approximate retail value of $10,000.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination, and no cash for the difference will be awarded. Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded for this 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway.  Each Grand Prize consists of:

Winners are solely responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including additional activities, including, but not limited to, additional tickets to Oktoberfest, any additional beverages or meals, additional room charges, additional night stays, if any, and any additional travel costs or expenses not specifically listed above. In addition, any additional costs and expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner, including all international, German, and United States federal, state, and local taxes and all other government charges and fees, on any portion of prizes. A Grand Prize winner may elect to extend this Grand Prize trip beyond the stated time frames above all at such Grand Prize winner's sole cost and expense.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize within the notification period as stated in these rules or does not respond to the award notification, the grand prize will be forfeited in its entirety. An alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.  

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway period.

All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor at least 120 days in advance of the trip. Each Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and such guests must be at least 21 years or older at time of entry.

Grand Prize winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents as needed or required, including valid passport with an issue date at least two (2) months prior to and an expiration date at least six (6) months beyond the expected travel dates or other acceptable travel documentation and all required visa or entry documentation that is required for travel outside the United States and to and in Germany, at least 120 days prior to departure date.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.  Sponsor will use good faith efforts to select an alternate winner, who must also be able to comply with the requirements and deadlines set forth in these rules.  Inability to comply will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.  Insurance, meals, gratuities and other expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winner and guest.  All prizes will be awarded, provided that a sufficient number of eligible entries are received and further provided any winner must comply with all travel requirements for international travel outside the United States.  Taxes on prizes, if any and any other costs not listed herein are the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility.  Prize may not be assigned or transferred.  No substitutions or exchange for cash allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize package (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value, if the grand prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor will determine all elements of the Prize in its sole discretion. The grand prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, by Sponsor. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by the winner. The awarding of the grand prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Some restrictions may apply. 

4. DRAWING: The Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12:00 p.m. ET on October 27, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner by telephone through October 30, 2025, following the drawing by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted via the contact information that was provided when entering the 2025 Fall Trade Pro Giveaway.  The Grand Prize Winner notification will be recorded for future use in accordance with the grant of rights required for participation in this Giveaway set forth in the General Conditions contained in these Official Rules.
