ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees and directors of Dal-Tile Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this promotion, or the family members of each above (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Giveaway, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 9 a.m. ET on February 24, 2020 and ends at 6:00 p.m. ET on January 24, 2020 or whenever funds run out, whichever comes first.
HOW TO GET FREE COFFEE: Login to your legally-registered Instagram account and like the countdown Instagram story @daltile on February 23, 2020. On February 24, 2020, a photo of a Starbucks gift card will be posted by @daltile on Instagram at or about 9 a.m ET. Be one of the first to like, tag a friend to follow @daltile, and show the photo at any Starbucks location accepting Starbucks gift cards to fulfill your purchase.
PRIZES: A Starbucks gift card posted on Instagram @daltile. Funds will be available on the gift card for participants to redeem for a limited time on a first come, first serve basis, while funds last. All applicable taxes, fees, and other expenses are the responsibility solely of participants. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value but no other substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE FROM SPONSOR. Sponsor is obligated to award only the prizes stated above.
