The St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Community in Carillon Parc, Southlake, Texas, is one of them—a collaboration between builders, designers, and suppliers united by craft and cause.
In partnership with WillowTree Custom Homes and Semmelmann Interiors, we helped bring the concept of Château in Bloom to life: a vision rooted in the elegance of a French château interpreted through a modern sensibility, where every surface was selected with intention and every detail designed to give back.
Porcelain Slab Perfect for Every Surface
In the kitchen and main living spaces, Calacatta CM04 from our Elemental Selection series of Panoramic Porcelain Surfaces™ establishes the home's design tone from the moment you enter.
Applied across the kitchen countertops, backsplash, and fireplace feature wall, this large-format porcelain slab brings the soft, natural movement of calacatta marble to each surface in a way that feels cohesive and refined. Its delicate veining and warm white coloring complement the home's palette of soft neutrals and organic tones, creating continuity across the kitchen and into the living area.
The fireplace application is particularly striking. Extending the material vertically transforms an architectural moment into a defining feature, grounding the room with materials that have a “quiet elegance,” as stated by Semmelmann Interiors.

The glossy finish reflects light beautifully, enhancing the airy, serene quality central to the Château in Bloom vision. Its luminous grey veining adds visual depth while remaining within the home's soft, natural palette. Applied across bathroom and laundry room countertops, it elevates everyday spaces into something that feels considered and complete.

In the master bathroom and walk-in closet, Arabescato Mountain OQ71 from our ONE Quartz Surfaces® Marble Look series brings understated luxury to the home's most intimate spaces.
Its polished finish and flowing pattern introduce warmth and movement, while the engineered consistency of quartz ensures a surface that performs as beautifully as it looks.
