The matte finish of Belmont Terrace brings a soft, earthy warmth, while the dark tones of Obsidian ground the space with sleek sophistication. The two shades were water jet-cut into a striking custom pattern, meticulously mounted, and then fused to the Nominee pavers to create a seamless canvas underfoot.

Originally designed with marble in mind, the project team pivoted toward porcelain to handle Boston’s freeze-thaw cycles without compromising the aesthetic. The raised pedestal system, combined with the strength of the 2CM pavers' extra-thick surface specially engineered for outdoor use, offering superior durability and resistance to the elements, delivers unwavering stability.
