Internet Selling Policy

Daltile is committed to delivering high quality products to consumers through a world class network of trade partners including flooring dealers, kitchen and bath dealers, tile contractors and internet retailers.
While embracing the Internet as a medium for promoting, marketing and selling our products, we encourage our customers to be cautious when buying online. Some Internet retailers offer what appear to be lower priced options on Daltile products. These retailers may charge shipping, handling or other fees that make the real cost of the products much higher. Often, these fees are not apparent until the final step in the checkout process. This may increase the total purchase price to a level higher than what would be paid through a local Daltile trade partner.
Daltile has over 250 Sales Service Center locations in the U.S. and Canada for consumers to browse our showrooms, view product samples, and make product selections. However, these Daltile locations sell to our trade partners, including dealers and tile contractors, and do not sell directly to consumers and are prohibited from serving as a pick-up location for on-line consumer sales.
