Subtle hues. Incredible richness. Unmistakable beauty. Glass mosaics bring a stunning look and brilliant color to any surface. Because of their unique size, shape and look, we’ve created special borders, patterns and figures that are designed to bring out their inherent beauty. These tiles can also be used with any of our standard borders and patterns, as well as the design techniques that apply to mosaic murals. Or, simply create your own design. No matter what method you use, your creation will be as unique as you are.

 

Glass Mosaic Types

There are two types of glass mosaics. Both add a distinctive look to any application:

Venetian Mosaics (molded) – Recommended for pools, kitchens, bathrooms or exteriors requiring a durable surface. The small unit size is perfect for intricate designs.

Byzantine Mosaics (hand-cut) – Recommended for artistic applications because of their irregular size and surface.

 

Glass Mosaic Patterns

If you can imagine a border or pattern, we can create it. Simply use the custom design worksheet or send us the design you want to achieve. Our design professionals will recommend how our glass mosaic color palette can be used to achieve the desired look. They will then pre-make that pattern using the colors you’ve selected.
